T. S. Dudley Land Company, Inc. was established in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma by Tom Dudley to provide services to the energy industry. It was the beginning of the computer age and Mr. Dudley recognized the advantages of incorporating technology into the oil and gas brokerage service business, and he seized this opportunity to increase efficiency and reduce costs for his clients. The repetitive nature of the data associated with preparing the paperwork for ownership reports, oil and gas leases, contracts, documents and reports lent themselves to developing the tools that make T. S. Dudley Land Company the leader in the energy service industry.
In 1995, again taking advantage of new technology with the advent of the internet, Dudley recognized that he could provide better service and reduce costs by diversifying his business into other energy producing regions of the U.S. Incorporating economies of scale by leaving his overhead and administration in the Oklahoma City office, Dudley expanded the business by opening an office in Houston to provide his services to the east, central and coastal regions of Texas. Tom Dudley diversified his operations further by providing the same great service and standardization that his clients in Oklahoma appreciated for many years. In 2000, T.S. Dudley Land Company opened offices in Denver, Colorado; 2005 in Russellville, Arkansas; and since 2006 TDSI created a significant presence in the Eastern states. Other strategic Texas areas include Nacogdoches and Fort Worth.
